Wholesale & Trade Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: September 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern all business-to-business (B2B) transactions, bulk orders, and trade accounts with Personalised Farmer Clothing (operating from Unit 2, Burnside Court, Brunel Road, Leominster, Herefordshire, HR6 0LX).

By placing a trade order or submitting a wholesale inquiry, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Registration & Ordering

  • Eligibility: Trade accounts and wholesale pricing are strictly reserved for verified businesses, independent farm shops, agricultural contractors, and corporate estates. We reserve the right to reject applications or cancel unverified trade orders.

  • Order Acceptance: All trade orders placed via our website or direct invoicing are subject to stock availability and manufacturing capacity. Contract formation occurs only upon our written confirmation or dispatch of goods.

2. Pricing, Taxes & Payment

  • VAT: All public-facing trade multipack prices are clearly marked. As a UK VAT-registered entity (VAT Number: 493460667), standard UK VAT will be calculated and displayed at checkout or detailed on your pro-forma invoice.

  • Payment Terms: Unless a corporate credit facility has been formally approved in writing, all trade orders must be paid in full via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or electronic payment prior to production and dispatch.

3. Custom Logo Digitisation & Artwork

  • Artwork Submission: Clients must supply high-resolution corporate farm or estate logos (JPEG, PNG, or PDF formats).

  • Copyright Warranty: The trade buyer warrants that they own the intellectual property rights or hold explicit authorization to reproduce any logos, crests, or designs submitted to us.

  • Personalised Farmer Clothing accepts no liability for third-party copyright infringements arising from client-submitted artwork.

  • Approval: For custom orders, production will not commence until the client has approved the digital embroidery stitch sample.

4. Production Timelines & Trade Delivery Agreements

  • Lead Times: Our standard trade manufacturing timeline is approximately 10 working days from payment and artwork approval. Peak seasonal periods (e.g., agricultural show season or winter holidays) may require extended lead times, which will be communicated upon ordering.

  • Fulfillment: Bulk orders are securely packaged and dispatched via tracked courier networks (DPD), or available to collect in store.

  • Delivery Discrepancies: Personalised Farmer Clothing is not liable for operational delays caused by courier networks, customs processing, or adverse weather conditions. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon courier delivery confirmation.

5. Bulk Returns & Cancellation Policy

  • Exclusion of Consumer Regulations: As a B2B transaction, trade purchases are strictly excluded from standard UK consumer distance-selling regulations and cooling-off periods.

  • Bespoke / Personalised Goods: All orders featuring custom logo digitisation, bespoke text embroidery, or altered specifications are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable once manufacturing has commenced.

  • Faulty or Damaged Goods: In the rare event of a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, discrepancies must be reported in writing to our trade support team within 3 business days of delivery receipt, accompanied by photographic evidence. Approved defective items will be replaced or credited at our discretion.

6. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
